Sports shoe for the practice of winter sports comprising a hull (11) suitable for receiving the foot of a user who comprises in the lower part a front sole (16) and a sole of the heel (17) and in the front and rear part a tip portion (12) and a heel portion (14), characterized in that it comprises at least one set of specialized inserts (50a, 50b) applicable in said front sole (16) and / or a series of specialized inserts (52a, 52b) applicable in said heel sole (17) and at least one series of front (60a, 60b) and / or rear specialized inserts (62a, 62b), applicable in said tip portion (12), and / or in said portion of heel (14), said specialized inserts (50a, 50b, 52a, 52b, 60a, 60b, 62a, 62b) selectively applied to said shell (11) to make the shoe suitable to cooperate also with tools to practice different disciplines of winter sports.
